New York Here We Come!

This morning at 7 am Pacific Time we are off to New York!
Laura, Genine, Michelle and myself.
It's been a crazy week of holiday festivities, shopping, getting ready to go, and getting The Hubs, Charlie and Franklin prepared for me not around telling them what to do.
I finally found a coat to take with me. I had been searching and searching. I think I'm OK with my clothes choices. I have packed and unpacked my suitcase 4 or 5 times.
Guess I'll buy new when I get there if I hate what I packed.
I've probably spent more money "getting ready" to go then I'll spend on the whole trip. Isn't that nuts??? Happens with every trip!
Totally off the subject but absolutely blog worthy.........
I was deflowered or had my cherry popped this weekend by the WSU's and The Hubs.
Now get your minds out of the gutter.
I saw my very first ever James Bond movie. Yes, it's true. I had never in my whole life seen a James Bond movie. Not even the old ones, not late night, not a one.
We went and saw Quantum of Solace. I totally enjoyed it and this weekend (while I should have been getting ready to go) The Hubs and I watched a couple other old James Bond movies. Now I'm going to have to see all of them.
Back to my point of this blog posting..............
Genine with nails soaking and laughing.
Our nails have been done, a Champagne (with pomegranates of course) toast has been had, travelers checks gotten, budget details worked out with The Hubs (there is no longer a budget. Yeah, I'm just that good) and all the getting to and from the airport kinks worked out.

Thank you Genine for a making a $35 spa appointment for nails in to a million dollar spa appointment!

Michelle and Laura toasting for the 10th time.

The Fantastic Four
We all got super powers after having our toes painted( we didn't know what color each other had picked out) with red polish. We promise to use our powers for good not evil!
Well, we will try!

Is New York ready for us? Are we ready for New York?

I'm packed and as ready as I'll ever be!
NEW YORK HERE WE COME!
Stay tuned for more..............
